Am I locked into the membership for any amount of time?
We ask only that you try our Standard support membership for 6 months to start. From then on you stay month to month for as long as you’d like! Keep in mind, a majority of our customers are with us for the life of their PC. We are that good!
But I already have Norton or McAfee antivirus software on my computer.
Unfortunately, unmanaged antivirus software is only 32% effective. Once your computer is infected you’ll call Norton or McAfee and they’ll charge you an additional fee to fix it! With Geek Advisor membership you have our exclusive antivirus solution. That includes a help desk and on-site service support. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
I don’t know if I can afford it.

Why are on-site services not available for the first 30 days of your membership?
Our Basic Membership benefits are available immediately to members upon joining. On-site and Physical service is effective 30 days after enrollment. This helps reduce the cost from participants who are only trying to get a reduced repair without the commitment. Members who need on-site service within the first 30 days pay the same rates as non-members and at our discretion receive a discount.
Can I cancel this service if I no longer need it?
Your membership service agreement is for either a six-month or twelve-month term depending on the residential plan you select, and You agree this service is for a nine-month term on any business plans. If You select a monthly payment plan and terminate this agreement prior to the end of the six-month term, nine-month term (for businesses ONLY) , or twelve-month term, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the remainder of the term selected, or $395, which ever amount is greater.
